Customer Service

Responsibilities
-    In charge of Customer Order Desk who receives customers' orders and complete delivery schedule.
-    Prepare sale document for customers such as Quotation
-    Input sale order into ERP system
-    Prepare documents for the goods deliveries such as Invoice, Receipt, CoA
-    Coordinate with sales team, accountant, warehouse for delivery goods to customer
-    Prepare reports for Sale team.
-    Perform other functions that be assigned.

Qualification
-    Female, age 20-23 years.
-    Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
-    A good team player with good service mind
-    Strong Microsoft skills especially Excel and Power Point.
-    Smart appearance and good communication skill.
-    Able to communicate in English especially reading and writing.
-    Ability to effectively multi-task and problem solving, systematic thinking and analytical skills.
-    Self-motivated, energetic and creative thinking.
-    Some familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
-    Having hometown at work area will be favorable.
-    Experience in Sales Support, Sale Administrator or related fields will be advantage.

Condition of Working
-    5 working days. (Mon-Fri: Office hours 8.30 – 17.30)
